    Hello,

I have a small problem. I use the plugin on 2 of my niche sites. On the more visited page, however, I haven’t received any data (on the dashboard) since the page was published at the end of last year, and on the less visited page I have. Here is a screenshot of it:https://gyazo.com/46101a6da3dfba671d9ede61f1bf40a7.

    Hi @fitnsexy

there was another report of no data in another thread and the problem was, that the wp_statify table were not created in the database (with another prefix, if this was changed).

In the other thread the original poster wasn’t tech savy, so we couldn’t find out, what the problem was.

If you are able to provide the error message from the debug log (if there is an error) this would help us to track down why.

If you want to switch to German (as I see the .de domain name) we could happily do so ??

    All the best,

    Hi again,

another problem could be: You are using a caching plugin (Fastest Cache) but you haven’t turned on the JS tracking.

    Please check this setting!

    Hi @zodiac1978 ,

here is an extract from the database: https://gyazo.com/88dc50883e12331288bece8789ea62ae.

I’m using the WP Fastest Cache plugin, my settings are as followed: https://gyazo.com/d5c7d2d49f0a3fb6dc23a5717db9fc42

    Hi @fitnsexy

good news is that there is a _statify table in your database, so that’s fine.

Can you please check your Statify settings if you have enabled a Javascript based tracking method (and not the default tracking).

    Hi @zodiac1978 ,

I have enabled the following settings on both sites: https://gyazo.com/473ce41642093e9c9c097e6c79ea3427 (JavaScript-based tracking with nonce checking).

    Hi @fitnsexy

then I am out of ideas and need to ping @patrickrobrecht and @stklcode

I don’t see any obvious failures but a strange request to 127.0.0.1 in the network tab. Nut sure if this is related.

    All the best

    Hi @fitnsexy,

the Statify request is actually sent on your site, but gets a 302 Found response. It should be a 204 No Content. I assume that the optimization plugin causes that Statify is not working.

The network tab says “CORS failed” for the Statify request and the mysterious request to 127.0.0.1.

    Kind regards

Thx @zodiac1978 and hi to @patrickrobrecht

Hmm, strange … As I have already written, the plugin is used on 2 of my niche sites, both niche sites were created at the same time, have the same plugins in use and the same theme.

How can I fix the error? Then it stops with my knowledge …

I can create an account for you to look at the matter in the backend.

    Kind regards

    Hi @fitnsexy,

I’d recommend to test whether Statify works fine if the other plugins (esp. Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache) are deactivated.

You should also check the CORS setting and the request to 127.0.0.1 (= localhost).

As the problem seems to be related to your WordPress or server configuration, we as plugin developers cannot help you.

    Kind regards
    Patrick

    Hi @patrickrobrecht

it’s strange, the eroor also occurs on the other site, but your plugin is working there fine. I really can’t see any other issues or other settings. The sites are totally the same.

I really would like to work with you plugin, but I think I will deinstall it cause it doesn’t work on my one site.

Thx for the support and have a nice weekend.
