data are missing in pdf invoice / packing slip

    Hi David,

    Now the plugin is HPOS proof, I would like to update. But now we are facing problems after updating the plugin; client and order data are missing in the pdf email-annex which is sent to the customer and the admin.
    This bug is not present in (the paid version) Booster Plus 7.0.0; in this version all data are displayed in the pdf invoice and/or packing slip.

    In version Booster Plus 7.1.4 it does not work anymore after the first order made by a client, so it means I can not update the plugin at this moment. It looks like the pdf is sent out before all data are collected? When I download the pdf in the order manually, the data are present.
    I really would like to see a fix for this bug.

    We have still the same problem as @jpvanderlugt. It is it’s really annoying.

    We use Booster Plus for WooCommerce.

    Dear David,

    During further testing the bug in the plugin I found out the following:

    When I make a test order and us a payment method (Paypal, credit card etc), the data on the pdf invoice and packing slip are not shown. (I also see the order email coming before that payment step is fully finished).
    However, when I make a payment via a bank transfer or SEPA (thus, not using a payment provider step) the data are correctly shown on the pdf!

    So it looks like it is a timing issue of creating the pdf? I thought this info might help you in solving the problem with the plugin.

    Dear David,

    Thank you for this temporary fix you have sent to me.

    I applied it on my staging site and live site. Now the pdf invoices do work again properly. I hope to see this back in the new update soon!
