    Hello,

Is there a way to add a cutom data attibute to a div tag to the subscription form textarea?

Because when I save the code strips any disallowed attribute.

    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for your mail.

Could you please confirm if the custom data attribute has been created on your account ?

If so, you can select it directly through the Brevo plugin, in the form settings.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

    Hi Alexis,

Thanks for replying. When I say data attribute I mean in the code of the form: https://ibb.co/nQDS0Xw.

For example I want to have the attribute data-block and title, as below, because I want to style the sign up button in a specific way. Is there a way to do so?

    <div class="button" data-block="button" title="Sign up"></div>

    Hi,

It might work although I would recommend you to make some tests to ensure that the form can be submitted.

If that generates an error, it would mean that the custom attribute is generating an error and needs to be removed.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis

    Hi,

The thing is that when I save the form in the admin the fields disappear.
Is there anything else I could do to retain the structure in the html form?

    Hi,

I am afraid that it’s currently not possible to retain the structure. However, I’ve escalated it to our Product team for a better use of our plugin.

    Best Regards,

    Alexis
