data base error, and no solution from server provider: globat

since two days ago everytime i try to go to any link on my homepage: categories, pages, post titles, i’m directed to a 404 page. but the old posts in all the categories and pages are in the db, because i can see them on manage tab.
i had a problem with the server some days ago, and i think the tech support of globat made a mess on it, because they have done it before. but i’m still not getting any solution from them. and i’m totally freaking out here, while time goes on and my website is down.
at some point they said it was the coding i checked on it and i didn’t find any problems there. i even took off the small addition i made on sunday, a text widget i already remove.
does anyone has any idea how to solve this, please???
