Data Base Error Displays In Sidebar After Upgrade to 2.2

  • I upgraded from 2.0.1 to 2.2.2 and now see this error displayed in the sidebar:

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘link_count’ in ‘where clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 AND link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_name ASC

  • what did you get when you SEARCHED for the error on these forums?

    Tossing this:
    WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'link_count' in 'where clause']

    into the search would be a good place to start.
