    Hello,
It’s normal to occasionally have a slight difference, depending on time (and caching) difference of retrieved data.
But it’s the only small difference as caching is for 15 min only.

In your case (huge difference) the problem is usually with caching of a page.
Please, check your caching plugins and then compare.

    Thanks.

Thank you for the fast response.

Further investigation into this and I have found that the Country: Canada, City: St. John’s. [325263] is not available in the recent plugin update. I can not select the city from the live widget location list (see attached screenshots from the reference sites on your WP plugin page). I do see the “St. John’s Canada” available in the list options in the WordPress plugin widget but the data is not accurate (also see attached). I do however see accurate data for Vancouver. Please advise. Are you able to see accurate data for Country: Canada, City: St. John’s. [325263]?

    Hello,

I can not select the city from the live widget location list (see attached screenshots from the reference sites on your WP plugin page).

You have not searched st. john… but st john…
    You are missing a “dot”

I do see the “St. John’s Canada” available in the list options in the WordPress plugin widget but the data is not accurate (also see attached).

We’we double checked – the data is correct. And displays identically on a widget and the website.

You are probably having a cache issue.

    please read the thread:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/daily-weather-and-forecast-not-updating/
(spoiler alert – page caching was the issue at the end)

and please test caching of the widget:

and let us know of the results…

Thank you… Looks like the problem was with object caching in W3 Total Caching

    Turned off:
    Store transients in database

    Hello,

transients should be stored in DB, but they expire in 15mins.
Using a caching plugin they might be stored for longer periods creating a problem…

Great that your issue is resolved.
