Data Editing and Display Lost in Accordion after adding 1 new item

I recently added a 17th item to a simple FAQ Accordion. After putting in the text and clicking “Update” all of the entries in my accordion are no longer visible either in the edit area or on the actual page. Its as if the data just disappeared.
Fortunately, the data didn’t disappear, it just isn’t visible. I did a Tools->Export for the accordion data and the latest entry data is still there. I can also see it in SmartManager.
It just doesn’t display on the Accordion edit page or on my FAQ page any more. My other two Accordions are still fine.
