    Hello Support,

I noticed today that Google Stats has error notices associated to it in our site Admin.

I believe this is a recent issue – though I am not clear if the GA4 in Tag Manager completed. I think it states “empty” when checking things out via the Google Account Admin.

I ran through the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” process without any success.

Is there any support available for this situation?

    Sincerely,
    Greg

Hello @adamdunnage – I know you are doing what you can… again, as an FYI… another client that uses DreamHost shared hosting – different account than mine – is experiencing the same thing… and we just had to do a workaround for her Google Ads since the Kit plugin is currently broken.

@adamdunnage – any luck working directly with hosts? Has communication directly with DreamHost been able to occur?

@briz_dad We have been seeing some IPs that were recently blocked becoming unblocked so could I ask you to please try this once more and let us know if you still see the same issue? It does take some time for these changes to take effect so you may not see the issue cleared just yet.

@adamdunnage – wonderful news… it looks like the plugin is functioning again!! I checked things two days ago when you posted – Moped Outlaws was functioning, but other sites weren’t. I thought I’d wait a couple of days to see if things came back online – so far, they have!

I just checked https://www.marshallhallridingacademy.com – which is on a different DreamHost account then my own. Everything set-up like a charm…

Thanks again for all your assistance and sticking with this – I am very happy. ??
