    its in a table called [prefix]_forms, the prefix depends on your site settings so i can’t give you an exact name.

    Ups sorry that is where the form is store, the entries are stored in [prefix]_records

    If I have like 6 different forms, are they all stored in the same table?
    I would like to read them out using wpDatatables.
