How can I integrate data from the imported tables, with the WordPress database? for example if I wish to import an CSV file wit a list of users: Subscribers, Editors, Vendors, Authors etc. and integrate them with the data and roles with the WordPress Users.

Yes, you can map your imported data to these available User fields and make adjustments with custom filters as needed.
