Data is synced before losing connection after some time

    As the title says I have a problem with sync. It is not a new one, but it happens again and again.

    In short, the connection with Mailchimp and sync works fine initially, but after some time (weeks or months) the connection is lost and all data is removed from Mailchimp. This means that all orders and products are removed from Mailchimp. When I click on the resync button it will sync once again, but I know it’s just a matter of time before the connection and synchronization is lost once again.

    This is especially problematic due to automatic e-mails set up in Mailchimp. Example: When PRODUCT A is purchased SEND thank you e-mail, and these e-mails are resent upon resyncing resulting in customer complaints.

    Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay in our response. I’d certainly like to help investigate as to what might be occurring here. Would you be able to provide a few more details so we can take a closer look? Specifically:

    – What is the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
    – Are there any details present under the “Logs” tab in the plugin’s settings?
    – Are you able to replicate this behavior with a specific step-by-step workflow?

    Hi Malachite, thanks for your reply. Woo status report is underneath. I am not able to replicate the error. As mentioned it has sometimes worked stable for months, and other times for weeks and days. Upon resync the other day, I activated debug logging on the app. Do you have an e-mail or other way to share the file privately? I’d rather not share it for everyone to see since it includes customer data.
