    Hi,

    I Installed the pro version of the plugin and all the entries are lost. Is there a way to synchronize between the old version and the new version data???

    I’m not allowed to provide premium plugin support on the WP.org support forums. Please raise a support ticket here.

    For the benefit of others however, I’d like to add that no data is lost or deleted when transitioning to the Pro version. The free and Pro plugins are independent plugins and therefore they do no share the same custom database tables. There’s a tool in the Pro version which allows you to migrate rating entries from the free version to the Pro version.

    what is database table name for Hotspots kindly assist? I can’t go to the next page on users tab report is showing the same records or a blank page
