• I’m observing data mismatch from my Google Analytics account and the data shown in the plugin dashboard. This mismatch started to happen since 2-3 days. The mismatch is especially happening for the count of the organic search result. It always shows a lower value or zero, than what I’m observing from inside the analytics account.

Hope this will help to understand the issue.

    Hi,

Based on the above screenshots, you’re looking at two different things. While the Organic Search reported in the last two reports refers to ga:OrganicSearches (a search engine agnostic metric, with a hybrid behavior from the count point of view), the one reported in the first report refers to ga:channelGrouping.

If you create some custom reports on analytics.google.com using the above dimensions and metrics you’ll get the same results.

Also, comparing reports like today, which is a highly dynamic report, it’s not a very good idea. Things can change right between the two clicks you need to switch from a report to another. Unrelated to the above issue, but something to be avoided.

In addition Web Analytics Technologies are using data sampling, which can make two identical reports look totally different especially on short intervals. You can find details on https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2637192?hl=en.

In GADWP you can check if the last report has sampled data on Errors & Debug screen.
