  • @cristianciuberea interesting – while I have seen this a few times during testing, it has typically been due to historical data not being fully imported. By chance do you have any other extensions installed that might modify the current reporting system? Specifically any that create custom order statuses?

Also if at all possible would I be able to access the data set to try and recreate the issue myself?

Yes, we have some custom code in functions.php for 2 custom statuses

Do you think that this might be from this?

    Thank you

It very well could be – you can set which order statuses should be included/excluded from the new reports by visiting wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin#/analytics/settings

It could be possible that you have some custom order statuses that currently are not set to be included in reports.

    Hi
I have the same problem and can’t work it out. The traditional dashboard is almost exactly double the new Woocommerce Admin. Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Rick

@cristianciuberea by chance were you able to see if changing the order status configurations solved the problem? I’m going to mark this as resolved since we haven’t heard back from you.

@what2buy sorry you are hitting some issues too, please try the Order status suggestion I noted above. If that doesn’t work, please start a new thread to describe your problem.

It is fine now. I has been correct since the start of the first new month.
