    Three questions
    1. Can we make so that a user must be logged in to Vote? I need the users logged in before he can vote.
    2. Is there a setting so that A user can only vote once?
    3. After the votes is there an option to extract/report on what the voting results are. IE: which user voted and what he voted for? It is important that we know the wp userid.

    Hello, dear nicopotgieter.

    Thank you for your question.

1 Sorry, but We do not have such an opportunity.
    2. Yes, you can install from the options so that one person can only vote once.
    3. Yes. When you vote, you can see (date, what kind of answer was selected and more).

    Thank You.

You could make it so the page is only accessible for people logged in ?? then use a shortcode for the page.
