Data Purged without consent

    Hi,

    I noticed that my views was decreased. So I checked the settings and the option “Automatic Cleanup” was enabled!

    When I clicked, a popup said that I was going to enable it (for the system it was disable). So I clicked to turn the checkbox unchecked.

    To be sure, I also set the “Purge Data Older Than” at 99999 days.

    Can you check that? Can I recover my data? Thank you

    Kindly note that the Automatic Cleanup option is enabled by default and set to 180 days. This feature helps remove older data to enhance database performance and improve overall website efficiency.

    Additionally, we are aware of the issue with the alert (popup) and would like to assure you that our team is actively working on a fix, which will be included in an upcoming release.

    Lastly, we regret to inform you that deleted data cannot be restored. Please consider disabling the Automatic Cleanup option if you need to keep the older data.
