  • I am working on some insurance sites. Data is Private and the law requires security of the data.

I have been using Ninja forms but now I have legal concerns about the data I am requesting on the forms.

    Any suggestions?

I use formstack, which has a setting to not store anything on the server. then, it encrypts the data with PGP and sends it to an email provider that we found called luxsci that will sign the BAA agreement you need for HIPAA and utilizes PGP encryption. works pretty well and is HIPAA compliant all the way.
