Data update frequency for WordPress dashboard

Thanks for the plugin. However, I feel it’s missing a key feature, or I am not getting it. What most people want is to have a quick glimpse of their data in the WordPress Dashboard. However, it appears as if the WordPress dashboard widget only updates once a day. This renders the entire thing futile. I don’t want to open the Analytify dashboard every time. I just want a quick glimpse of my stats. Check out how Jetpack does it. Unfortunately, Jetpack slows down a site for some reason.

Anyway, Analytify is a great plugin. But the only issue is that one. I want to get the current stats whenever I open my WordPress Dashboard. I don’t want stats that 12 hours old! So, there should probably be a setting for refresh frequency.
