    BTW, I am using WordPress theme twentyeleven; have tried:
    1. deleting cache
    2. deactivating WP Super Cache
    3. replacing theme with twentyten theme

    None of these resulted in chart showing on page, although shortcode for the chart is there.

    Hey,

    Yes, you need to add the wp_footer code, right before the </body> tag.
