    Hello,
    i just installed the plugin,
    and want to add old tickets with past date
    it is possible?

    From where you want to import tickets? Do you want to import tickets from another plugin?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately it is not possible.

    As a workaround you can create a custom field of date type and add old dates which you can use for your reference.
