Database Backup

    I backed up my WP Database at these 2 settings:
    1) Default
    2) Custom (settings from WP Codex article)

    I would like to know which backup file I should use for the best result if I need to restore the database.

    The ‘custom’ one that has every table would be the best

    @ipstenu (Mika Epstein). I selected all of the tables to backup for both of the backups. For the Custom Settings, in Structure I added ‘Add DROP TABLE’ and ‘Add IF NOT EXISTS’. For Data I added ‘Complete Inserts’. Can you tell me the advantages of these Custom Settings.
