Database backup file NOT generated in scheduled backup

    I’ve set up scheduled backup in UpdraftPlus.

    Recently, found that Database backup file (“xxx-db.gz”) is sometimes NOT generated in scheduled backup. If doing manual backup, it’s usually generated successfully.

    If database backup file is not produced, i assume other backup files for plug-in, themes, uploads from the same batch are all useless already.

    Any advice please?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Apologies if we were not able to get back to you.

    Could you please update the plugin to 1.16.10 and then run a test backup. Do you still get the same problem?
