Database Backup Host = Lockout Host

Version: 7.4.0
My Database Backup log is showing different IP addresses for each entry. Most of the time the IP address is from a Locked Out IP. I would have thought the and backup would be from the ISP and therefore the IP address would be static.
Hopefully this is just a report out bug ??
