Database backup job working, file backups not. No error!

    Hello,

    I have a problem with some scheduled backups: The database backup (to a file) runs normally, every night. The file backup (also to file) does not run. There is only a log file of the job that ran succesfully. I don’t know why the file job is not running. The jobs works fine if I start it manually.

    Also, I have two drop box backups which are not working automatically as well.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @susiwalz
    Which plugins did you running now? I just need plugin names.

    Also, in this case, wp-cron.php was not accessible correctly so the issue happens :/

    I think you can use alternative cron as a temproary solution, set the job to run with the link and using server cron or any online cron service to trigger the link.

    Hi @susiwalz
    Pleases try to install https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check, after that, activate troubleshooting mode, in this mode, all plugins will be deactivated(just for you, other users still can access your site normally), activate BackWPUp then run the job, is the plugin works?
