database backup saving many files uncompressed and corrupted

Hi AIOWPS team

I am using AIOWPS as my daily DB backup
I configured it to take daily backup and save the last 7 days
it is creating .sql files , not zip files , and all 7 files are created the same day (current day) with an exact 100M of space (the whole DB is 120M)
although I have many other WP installations and almost all of them are working normally , this is happening on 2 sites , all sites are hosted on different servers , and some in cloud hosting , this issue is in 1 self hosted site , and 1 cloud hosted site , please advice how to fix this issue.
