database creation error

    Hi,
    I am using reseller pack from hostgator and have multiple domains hosted. Trying first time duplicator to move complete website from one domain to another(though server remains same. Error i am getting is as below. Need support to resolve. Thanks in advance.

    INSTALL ERROR!
    DATABASE CREATION FAILURE!
    Unable to create database “jakaas1_rakesh”. Check to make sure the user has “Create” privileges. Some hosts will restrict creation of a database only through the cpanel. Try creating the database manually to proceed with installation. If the database already exists then check the radio button labeled “Connect and Remove All Data” which will remove all existing tables.

    Hey Rakeshganjoo,

    It looks like you don’t have, enough permissions to create the DB. This is common on most budget hosts. I would double check with the provider to see if this is possible. If not then you will need to manually create the database and then connect to it…
