• Apologies if this topic has been covered before and I am sure it has, although I couldn’t find anything in my searches.
I am developing a website, one section of the site will provide users with the ability to search for medical terms (words or phrases) that will in turn list what the term or phrase means. I would also like to have links at the top A, B, C…Z so it will show them all the terms that start with the chosen letter.
I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to develop the required pages/forms, search boxes etc in order to achieve this.
As I am fairly new to WordPress and still finding my feet I am baffled by the number of options available and would love to receive some guidance on this as what is the best choice. It’s a fairly simple idea but I would like to be able to add synonyms or similar words so the search will mainly find what the user is looking for.

Any help – very very much appreciated.

    Thanks

  • Maybe this plugin can help you. I didn’t used it yet, but in the examples I’ve found a site very similar to what you described.

Also, do not mark your topic as a not support question when you are looking for some help. Topics with that status don’t appear in the list of topics with no replies, decreasing your chance to get help.
