I tried your suggestion – no dice.

tried to add a table… this is the error

#1146 – Table ‘m5533001603375.wp_0jpqgjphrt_options’ doesn’t exist

Do you have a backup of your site? if the table cannot be repaired, then it’s time to restore a backup.

Thanks Steven – I imported the options table by itself and that fixed the issue.
