I need HELP on Database Error

  • I have 2 criticals issues on my website and I will highly appreciate need assistance to resolve these problems

    1. I cannot make new post due to database issues

    2. My traffic has drastically dropped

  • The reason for the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.

    Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is described here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ – also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

    In both cases you should be able to see what the cause is in the logfile.

    For critical error you can enable the error log, it will show the for which code issue present. On basis of that code can be corrected or if any plugin have issue by deactivating that can be check.

    For traffic decrease you have to check any changes in SEO done.
