Database error

Last year I transfered my site from blogspot to self hosted WordPress, a few months ago I moved to a new server. However I checked my posts and a lot of the internal links are not working. I checked with my host to see if there is an issue and I have been told that the majority of my database has blogspot.com in it. What can I do about this? When I had the site on the old server the links were working fine.
