database error after fresh installation

    Hello EME-Support,

    I’ve installed the EME Plugin today, but I cannot start with using it.

    If I try to create an event location I get the following database error:

    [Table ‘db543564382.pyfqlrzx83eme_locations’ doesn’t exist]
    SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM pyfqlrzx83eme_locations

    Can you check this, please?

    Make sure your mysql version is > 5.5. I don’t support older versions (that are end of life anyway, so you should upgrade).

    thanks for that hint.

    It was a stony way to upgrade our “1&1 IONOS managed WordPress”-installation from MySQL 5.5 to 5.7 … but our website is alive again now and your plugin works fine. ??
