Database Error And PHP Fatal Error

Hi there,,
on one of our WC Shops we have an DB and PHP problem since a view days.

The memory still running out of stack.
I still try to deactivate all plugins and change to an standard Theme.
But the Problems are still the same…
I delete all Cache Plugins.

Maybe some one can help me to find an solution for this Problem.
