Database error help

For some reason, at the bottom of my comments, I get this error. Does anyone know how I can fix it?
Database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax near ”for-a-‘ at line 1]
SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND YEAR(post_date)=’2004′ AND MONTH(post_date)=’9′ AND DAYOFMONTH(post_date)=’15’ AND post_name = ‘for-a-
But this only occurs at the bottom of one of my posts, not all?
