Using the latest free version (2.1.1), the plugin is throwing the following error:

    WordPress database error Column ‘cache_key’ cannot be null for query INSERT INTO wp_ctf_feed_caches (cache_value, last_updated, cache_key, cron_update, feed_id) VALUES…

Are you aware of this error? Are there any plugin settings to get rid of this error?

    Hi @officezen,

Thank you for contacting us! Due to more recent changes and instability from the Twitter platform, we have seen disruptions to our Twitter API solution. The error you are receiving is likely related to these issues. Please try going to WordPress Dashboard > Twitter Feeds > Settings > Feeds, click Clear All Caches. If the error still occurs, go back to the plugin settings, click over to the Advanced tab, and click the Reset button next to Persistent Cache.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins, fully deactivate and delete the Twitter feeds plugin, and then try doing a fresh install.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,
    Louis

Thanks for the pointers, Louis. I tried all three given options but no change.

I did notice the error is generated only when I view the site while being logged in as the WP admin. When I view the site as public, there’s no error, so I leads me to think it has something to do with the “admin only” message the plugin displays on the site.

Spoke too soon. It IS returning the same error even when I’m not logged in to the site.

Thank you for the updates and sorry to hear this is still occurring after those steps. Could you please send us a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings so we can investigate this further? Please only send this information in a support request on our site as this should not be shared in the public forum here.
