    Thank you for opening the thread!

    Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We have been trying to replicate the issue, but so far, we have been unable to do so.

    The issue comes from the ORDER BY parameter not being set properly. It is set to %i.%i instead of visitor.ID.

    Could you kindly try reinstalling the plugin to check if that resolves the issue?

    Additionally, please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.

    thanks for your response.the issue was resolved then by updating plugin core.it was not a great solution still it work for me. I’ll be later try switching to updated version if its work for us.
