Database Error – tmp files

Got this error several times over the last couple of days:

*WordPress database error:* [Can’t create/write to file ‘/u0/mysql/tmp1/#sql_f408_0.MYD’ (Errcode: 17)]

I have several WordPress blogs and when this error occurred today, another of my blogs got the same error. All blogs are at the same host, the databases are on different servers. I figure this may be an issue at the host but why all of a sudden? These blogs are not new. They don’t seem to know what’s wrong though one support person seemed to indicate other WP blogs were having a problem too but I can’t verify that.
