Database errors.

  • Hi,

    I just ran the WordPress database repair and optimize and received the following.

    ———–
    wp_posts: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly
    wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
    wp_postmeta: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly
    ———–
    I gather I need to go into PHPmyadmin, but just wondered if anyone has done this already and knows the procedure…

    – Try repairing the database. Try repairing the database tables.

    If that does not help, then try:

    – restoring the database from a good backup if you have one.

    – Alternately, ask your hosting provider if they have a backup of your site. IF they do, ask them to to restore it
