Database Errors – the tables don't exist – not logging 404

  • I am facing the same error. No 404 log is generated.

    I am finding that “redirection” (version 2.3.4) is not creating tables during its install when using WP 3.9.1

    I had to go into an existing WP install that has a good functioning “redirection” install and use phpMyAdmin to export all the tables for redirection and then import into this new install.

    Now it is working fine without error.

    So it seem redirection’s database table creation is not working.
