• Hi

I really like xcloner, but i have found a bug related to woocommerce.

If woocommerce is activated and i try to import a database from a backup made in xloner i get the following error message:

”#1215 – Cannot add foreign key constraint”

I have also tried to export a database directly from phpmyadmin and then the import is working without any error message.

  • XCloner already disables the FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS on import, it might be that your mysql user does not have super admin privileges to the database in which case the error might appear, try and see if you can assign admin privileges to fix this; otherwise i suggest to use a new empty database when restoring.

    Hi

This sounds strange, I tried that with super admin privileges, but i still get the same error message. It makes no difference if i tried with localhost or cpanel. I tried to import a database from a site without woocommerce and then it was working.
