    Hi,

    You can manually delete any leftover entries on the wp_options table (via phpmyadmin or your hosting database administrator tool) that start with fastvelocity_ or you can try to reinstall version 3.0, disable the setting to preserve the settings on uninstall.
    You then need to disable and then delete (via wp-admin), since those should be deleted on the deletion routine.

    If it’s not, it needs to be manually.
    You can likely ask your hosting to do it for you, if your service is managed.
