    Hi @alihosseini20368

Can you please let me know how you have created the backup means which plugin are you using and try import using it.

Please try disable below AIOS settings one by one and cross check.

    1) 5g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable legacy 5G firewall protection uncheck the checkbox and save

    2) Deny bad query string – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Deny bad query strings: uncheck the checkbox and save

    3) Advanced char filter – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Enable advanced character string filter :uncheck the checkbox and save

If still an issue and you are importing a whole old database Deactivate the all in one security plugin and try then activate. Before doing this please export the AIOS settings using WP Secruity > Settings > Import / Export – Export AIOS settings

    Hi @alihosseini20368

The direct admin web control panel you are saying seems below.

It is the separate controlpanel not WordPress plugin right?

    https://directadmin.com/

If it is not a WordPress plugin it might be some thing different issue if possible try deactivating the AISO plugin from wp-admin area Plugins list and cross-check if the AIOS plugin is an actual issue.
