• hi Michael,

    thanks for this plugin.

question, is the only modification this plugin makes to the wordpress db the creation of the wp_btev_events table?

and if so, then all i should need to do to completely “uninstall” BTEV is to delete the plugin directory and the wp_btev_events table, correct?

    thanks,
    david

    P.S.
if you are up for it, one nice enhancement to this plugin would be a way to limit the table size.

  • Hi David,

The plugin also adds the following two rows to wp_options:
    1) btev_config
    2) btev_installed

You shouldn’t need to manually delete anything from the database as the plugin has an uninstall function.

It can be found on the BTEV settings page down near the bottom:
“Uninstall (This removes all BTEV database entries, including events and settings)”

Please let me know if you’re having any issues with it.

When I get time I’m planning to add an auto prune option to clean out the database (through the wp-cron function).

    Thanks for trying BTEV,
    Michael Dale.

I’ve updated BTEV to include an auto prune function:
