• I think there is a bug in WooCommerce, preventing the plugin from updating the database after a sales promotion is over.

When the sales promotion is over, the sales price and schedule clear from the Variations tab, but the sales icon and the sales price remain on the product page and the category pages.

The work around is simple, just click update on each item and the sales on icon and sales price go away when the database is updated again. Is there a way to get WooCommerce to update the database properly?

If the price is getting removed, but the display of the sale badges aren’t, then it points to caching being involved. Your system status report shows that you’re using WP Super Cache – Are you getting the same thing when deactivating that or clearing the cache?

And yep, the act of re-saving the product will also clear the cache; Especially when logged in ??

    Riann, thanks for the reply.

Yes, I cleared the cache. That is the first thing I thought of and did and problem remained.

I did not deactivate the plugin, if that helps.

I did notice that both the PHP version and MySQL version GoDaddy uses are below the minimums recommended. From past experience, out of date PHP can cause an issue with WooCommerce. It is possible that one or both those things is the cause of the problem.

Sadly, GoDaddy does not offer more current versions and seems to have no plans to do so.
