Database not created

    Tried the plugin. I’ve got an error when I add a supplier. It seems that the database is not created.
    When I enable debug the message on every (plugin) page is:

    Notice: Function wpdb::prepare was called incorrectly. The query argument of wpdb::prepare() must have a placeholder. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.9.0.)

    Wordpress Version 6.1
