Database of criminals

  • I have the opportunity to create a website for a local Crimestoppers group in town. They are looking for a site that has database of criminals that is searchable and sortable, and easy for the back end user to add. Anybody have any suggestions on plugins available?

  • Sounds like a great opportunity! What sort of features are you looking for out of a plugin?

    Just creating a db of criminals wouldn’t require a plugin at all really, you could use Posts/Categories or if you want to take it a little further you could create a custom post type called “Criminals” with some custom meta for various stats (crime/s committed, last known address, etc).

    Something like this could really help out a community, congrats on the opportunity, I’d be curious to see your solution!
