When clicking on a Clean All under Database Optimizer, the following (success) message comes:

    Purged all caches successfully.

    Clean all successfully.

…but it still shows the Red Crosses so looks like Database Optimizer doesn’t work properly.

    * I’ve enabled Debug mode but didn’t find anything related to this issue.
    * Database Table Engine is MyISAM.

Thanks for the quality question. That part is a bit tricky, because each time when you load WP, it will generate some transients. That can be safely ignored. Does that make sense?

    Hey Hai,

    Yes, that makes sense.

I am still discussing/confirming the same with A2 hosting (where the site is hosted) and awaiting their response on this. Once I hear back from them, I will add my comment(s) here so that it can be helpful to someone having a similar issue, and then I will close this thread.

    Thanks.

I understand about the transients but don’t you think the Clean All and Optimize Tables should turn green once I click on those options?

A2 hosting (where the site is hosted) just confirmed that it’s not from their side and I’ve to ask the plugin developer(s) for more info. regarding this.

    Hi,

No , let me verbalized the process.

    1. you click clean all

    2. at this moment , it’s “0”

    3. now after it is cleared up , the plugin page refresh itself to same page

    4. when plugin refreshes the page , as WP is being accessed , it starts to generate these transients

    5. the refreshed page , shows the result on step 4 , instead of step 2

I hope this makes more clear for it.

    best regards,
