Database problem

Hi,
M name is Alberto Nardella and I manage a website [ redundant link removed ]
I had problem with your plugin (v9.3.3), this is what my hosting company said to me. They said something about the plugin is trying to query the database with a 0 byte header..
In the log file it’s possible that the problem is your plugin or just the combination between the plugin and the theme.
It worked without problem until the 5th of March. We didn’t update anything, we only added some new pages with some news and then it started giving us problems.
Now I renamed the plugin folder “image-hover-effects-ultimate” to “_image-hover-effects-ultimate” and the site works again…
