Database queries caused Bluehost deactivation – "related" plug-ins the issue?
-
GoingLikeSixty.com was deactivated Saturday. I was told that the taxonomy was causing too many database queries. I was guided to look in tmp/slow_database_queries where there is a log file.
Bluehost tech support said that plug-ins that add related posts can cause this issue.
I deactivated them all. Then added them back one at a time. All seemed well until I looked at log files this morning and the issue is back.
Bluehost.com said they had throttled the site 6000 seconds the past hour.
So I deactivated plug-ins again:

Version 1.4.0These had all been humming right along until 3.1.2 upgrade.
Perhaps I need to wait longer between reactivating each plug-in to isolate the problem?
Am I on the right track?
Anybody having similar problems? Suggestions?
