    Hi Aurovrata, quick question for you:

    If I’m using a plugin like Advanced CF7 DB to save CF7 data, will I be holding the same data in duplicate tables if I install your plugin? Or does the plugin just create a post but not store the CF7 submissions in a separate table?

    Indeed this plugin saves all your fields to WordPress post and metadata tables. It uses no custom tables. This has the advantage that you can manipulate your saved data using the existing WordPress framework and any compatible plugin.
