    Greetings, @revstancline!

    Thanks for posting your question!

As you noticed, Form Maker saves the submitted information into [wp_prefix]_formmaker_submits table of your website database.

However, you can store the information on a table of your choice using MySQL Mapping feature of the plugin.

You can configure a query from Form Options > MySQL Mapping page. This lets you keep the data on a Local or Remote database table.

Please give this a try and let us know in case you have questions.
    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!

Thank you for the info but when I go to my form maker in the dash board; no Form Options choice.

I only have Global Options which does not show me the option of MySQL Mapping page.

I am running Form Maker Pro version 2.11.6.

Any idea why I can’t see the Form Options to get to MySQL Mapping?

    Hi, @revstancline!

Please note, that Form Options are not under Global Options. Instead, you need to edit your form and click on Form Options button marked in this screenshot.

Each Form has its separate Form Options, which apply to only that particular form. You will then need to navigate to MySQL Mapping tab, as seen here.

Let me know in case you have questions.
    Cheers!
